  • 1 oz. Dry gin
  • ¾ oz. lemon juice
  • ½ oz. simple syrup
  • 2-3 oz. Champagne
Instructions
  1. Shake ingredients 1-3 w/ ice and strain into chilled coupe
  2. Fill with Champagne
